Business Plan Complete!
Post completion and approval of a full Feasibility Study, we were again supported by HIE, who funded work to complete a detailed Business Plan including a full financial feasibility plan.
This work was completed by M2 Consultants lead by Mike Muir, Ali Murray and Cameron Taylor.
The completed business plan (version 1) can be viewed here.
August 24: We are currently updating the business plan to creat a version 2 to include changes to the project.
Next steps
We are currently seeking a Marine Project Officer to work with the committee and the Fundraising team.
The MPO role is fixed term on a part time basis and will focus on marine licensing applications and sourcing equipment for Phase 1.
